Duties

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of patient care
• Manage clinic staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
• Coordinate with medical providers to ensure optimal patient scheduling and flow
• Monitor and manage clinic resources, including supplies, equipment, and budget
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
• Handle patient complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
