Youll focus on selling and enrolling eligible Medicare customers into the right plans, including health, prescription drug, vision, and dental options, as well as advising pre-Medicare recipients on their options.
We give our agents everything they need to thrivelive inbound calls, high earning potential, and stability with a fast-growing organization. Expect 20-25 qualified calls per day in the off-season, with even greater volume during peak months. Annual Enrollment Period (October 15 December 7) is the busiest and most rewarding time of the year, requiring agents to be fully available to drive sales and maximize earnings. Our aggressive compensation package includes top-tier commissions, daily spiffs, and performance-based bonuses to keep motivation high and results strong.
