RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Support Advocate: Reception is responsible for answering inbound telephone calls from clients and prospective clients, determining the best means of responding to the caller’s question or request, answering questions whenever possible, and triaging those that a more tailored and specific response.
The Support Advocate will also assist in a variety of administrative tasks to educate and engage new clients, perform back-up support for healthcare enrollments processes and take on projects as assigned. To do this, the Support Advocate will leverage internal CRM systems and verify information through phone, email, text, and other communications methods. Specific tasks include:
· Managing inbound call reception and handling questions to reduce the need for Medicare Guide intervention, maximize first contact resolution and creating a positive first impression
· Making outbound call follow-ups when voicemails are left
· Managing the mailed the Thank You and Next Appointment Card processes
· Providing back-up for Prescription Drug Plan (PDP) submission support, as required
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
o High school diploma or the equivalent is required, Bachelor's degree preferred
o 2+ years of relevant experience in an office setting environment using the telephone and computer as the primary instruments to perform job duties
o Strong computer skills, including the ability to multi-task and navigate multiple screens simultaneously. Prefer working knowledge of Google Suite products
