    Position: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

    As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Medicom, you will play a crucial role in driving our continued growth by generating and qualifying leads for our sales team. In this position, you will be at the forefront of our business, identifying potential customers, initiating contact, and nurturing relationships to create opportunities in the dynamic healthcare SaaS IT sector.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients within the healthcare industry, with a focus on medical imaging professionals and institutions.

    • Outreach: Initiate contact with leads through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels, effectively communicating the value of our solutions.

    • Qualification: Assess the needs and requirements of potential clients to determine their suitability for our products and services.

    • Pipeline Development: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads.

    • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and client needs to position our solutions effectively.

    • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of lead interactions, conversations, and qualification details in our CRM system.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 18 months in traditional SDR role.

    • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field (preferred but not required).

    • Proven experience in a sales or business development role, particularly in a B2B environment.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

    • Ability to quickly understand complex healthcare IT concepts and convey them to potential clients.

    • Familiarity with medical imaging or healthcare IT is a plus.

    • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantage.
