    As a Caseworker, you would report to the Operations Manager. Caseworkers are responsible for any and all record retrieval needs that meet/exceed the consistent performance expectations of our clients.

    Primary Responsibilities Include:

    • Communicate directly with Customer Service Manager and Account Managers on action required cases that need direction/assistance to complete retrieval of records.
    • Maintain call queues, e-mail boxes, and voicemails in a timely manner.
    • Coordinate with facility/copy services in the retrieval of records to include, but not limited to, inbound/outbound phone calls, e-mail communications, fax/mailing of requests and related documents, payments of invoices, etc.
    • Provide feedback on best practices and enhancements to improve workflows.
    • Manage large amounts of outbound calls with efficiency and courtesy.
    • Follow conversation prompts and scripts.
    • Build sustainable relationships by going the extra mile.
    • Keep accessible, comprehensive records of all conversations in our database.
    • Meet or exceed personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous Call Center CSR & Direct Client Relations experience required.
    • Previous Release of Information (ROI) experience required.
    • Experience with Special Authorizations, Copy Services, Record Review, and Insurance and/or Claims Office Experience is a plus.
    • Excellent customer service, negotiating, and decision-making skills.
    • Exacting attention to detail and highly dependable.
    • Proven track record of over-achievement.
    • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Strong collaboration skills.
    • Strong PC skills.
    • Secured, HIPAA compliant home office set up.
