MEDIFY in Dallas, TX has an exciting opportunity for an experienced revenue cycle professional who has the innate ability to lead. Our Company is on the leading edge of wellness through personal health coaching and mobile technology designed to improve health, reduce costs of healthcare, and improve quality of outcomes.

The revenue cycle lead position is an in-office role within the business office. This candidate should be ready for a challenge and enjoy problem solving to help improve processes and optimize systems.

An independent self-starter who can navigate of aspects of revenue cycle represents our ideal candidate. In greater detail, this would entail correction pre-billing errors, claims submission from practice management to clearinghouse, resolving pay denials and appeal filing appeals when necessary. Additional tasks would include payment posting, daily, weekly and month reconciliation and reporting.

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

Minimum of 3 years in medical billing, preferably with experience with government payers

Denials experience and the appeal process a must

Familiarity with reading medical policies from payers

Experience reading and understanding EOB and denial codes

Working knowledge of excel

Well-rounded Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience is required

Experience in Advanced MD a plus.
