  • Responsibilities

    Job Description


    Our Warehouse Team Members fill customer orders quickly and efficiently, ensuring the correct number and product type are picked and prepares customer orders for delivery in a manner that meets company standards for productivity, safety, and security. This key role is responsible for completeness and correctness of all orders filled.


    • Contribute to a culture and environment focused daily on employee safety and a safe work environment. Responsible for immediately reporting/addressing all safety concerns.
    • Assist in the receiving and unloading trucks.
    • Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standards.
    • Reads and interprets the distribution center pick tickets.
    • Pull and prepare orders for shipping; builds customer orders efficiently and quickly using company equipment while meeting performance standards throughout the shift.
    • Accurately checks and verifies all loads ensuring all customer orders are complete, accounting is correct and verifies inventory.
    • Box up orders in correct container or box.
    • Ensure correct documentation is placed in boxes.
    • Complete cycle counts and/or rack verification counts.
    • Complete physical inventory counts as needed.
  • Qualifications



    • High school diploma or GED preferred.
    • 1+ years of warehouse experience in a manual pick and pack environment preferred.
    • Pass Background Check and Drug test.
    • Reliable transportation to and from work.
    • A strong track record of consistent attendance.
    • Flexibility when it comes to working overtime and weekends.
    • Ability to work 2nd shift when needed.
    • Willing to work in a non-climate controlled warehouse.
    • Ability to read and communicate in English.

    Additional Information


    • Monday - Friday 7:00am - 5:00 generally with some overtime and potential weekends; peak season (generally between Thanksgiving and Christmas) requires mandatory overtime and could include a mandatory 7 day schedule and/or the addition of added shifts and extended hours for all team members.


    • Ability to stand, walk for extended periods of time on concrete floor.
    • Repetitive motion (grasping, transferring from shelf to cart, etc.)
    • Frequent bending, moving, walking, pushing, pulling and twisting.
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with occasional lifting of up to 75 lbs.
    • Upholds, supports and maintains company safety standards.
    • Ensures work areas are clean, neat and free of safety hazards.
