    Job Description

    Medix Life Sciences is hiring a CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE for a Preclincial Research Organization in San Diego!

    The Client Services Representative is responsible for assisting in operational aspects of the business relating to client relations,communications (both internal and external), and general business logistics surrounding client needs.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:

    • Timely manage client request emails, forward requests to appropriate internal stakeholders, and track progress.
    • Communicate directly with clients, primarily via email and phone, regarding client service issues and solutions.
    • Production and distribution of notification emails to clients about related facilities updates, activities, or other timely alerts that relate specifically to their day-to-day business/service from the company.
    • Facilitate the scheduling of client onboarding and offboarding calls and related service meetings.
    • Responsible for leading and/or attending calls to record feedback to improve customer experience.
    • Manage sending and updating new client welcome and ordering instruction communication
    • Coordinate with the Facilities team on work order generation and client access badge needs.
    • Initiate new badge requests and deactivations. Maintain ticketing log of all badge-related activity through resolution.
    • Work with facilities team to coordinate and fulfill parking access requests for clients.
    • Coordinate the client introduction to Explora IACUC/veterinarian as part of onboarding or update needs.
    • Coordinate and manage client-vendor animal transfers and quarantine set up for incoming, transferring, or offboarding clients.
    • MAINTAIN FACILITY AND ONSITE CLIENT LOGS FOR ROOM AND EQUIPMENT USE/LOCATION

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    • High school diploma or GED required
    • 1+ YEAR(S) OF EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A CUSTOMER SUPPORT FUNCTION, CALL CENTER ENVIRONMENT OR COMPARABLE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
    • Must be willing to work in life sciences industry.

    SCHEDULE:

    Monday- Friday 8am-5pm

    Pay: $22 /hr
