Job Description
OVERVIEW OF RESPONSIBILITIES Customer Service Reps will be placing outbound calls and taking inbound calls on a daily basis. They will be answering questions from patients or providers regarding their devices- mainly around insurance coverage and eligibility. They will be looking at medical policies for patients and determining if they have eligibility for it to be covered. They will be processing between 20-30 orders a shift and will take somewhere around 10 inbound calls. The focus in this role is more on quality and not quantity.
SHIFT: M-F 8-5:30 PM
PAY: $19.23/HOUR
LOCATION: ROBINSON TOWNSHIP
