Contract, Commission Position Summary: Supports Account Managers,
Recruiters and Consultants/Clients to provide statistical data/guidance
in relations to the education program at MedPartners. This position must
work out of the Tampa, FL office. This full-time position reports to the
Director of Education. Job Description: * Interprets specific education
requirements for MedPartners staff and consultants * Compiles
statistical data, generates reports, recommendations, etc. *
Creates/disperses certifications and transcripts for internal staff,
consultants, and clients * Provides assistance in developing
departmental policies and procedures * Performs related work as assigned
- Collaboration with the Marketing team, education specific marketing
Requirements: * Ability to analyze and compile data * Ability to clearly
explain reports/statistical data to upper level management * Knowledge
of recent developments in the field of healthcare/education * Prior
experience in Learning Management Systems (Blackboard Learn, Canvas,
etc.) highly desirable in technical back end role, prefer candidates
with or pursing RHIA or RHIT certification or a recent grad with a
degree in Health Information Management or Health Information
Technology. * Familiarity with user aspects, problems, implementation,
set up and maintenance of online courses; adept at troubleshooting user
problems; supportive and cooperative with users. * Ability to design
forms, spreadsheets, reports, databases, etc. * Must be able to
demonstrate excellent customer service skills, communication and problem
solving skills in a fast-paced environment * BS/BA preferred, but not
required * Excellent phone, written and oral communication skills since
the majority of Business is conducted via email and telephone. * Possess
a service attitude with the belief in setting a person up for success *
Stellar critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills *
Self-motivated, self-directed, self-confident, team oriented, highly
responsible and reliable with a positive attitude and a proactive style
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; including Word,
PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Publisher, and Access Computer problem
solving and troubleshooting skills, may require advanced computer
