We are an expanding addiction recovery facility actively seeking a seasoned Clinical Supervisor for our team of alcohol and drug counselors. Our mission is to bring about life-transforming change for those dealing with substance abuse disorders. With your extensive experience and dedication, you will play a pivotal role in providing clinical supervision and building a competent counseling team.. This is a full-time opportunity located in Baltimore, Maryland.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide supervision and guidance to a team of dedicated alcohol and drug counselors.

• Facilitate team meetings and case consultations, fostering a collaborative environment.

• Review and co-sign all assessments, treatment plans, and clinical notes to ensure quality care.

• Participate in program development and staff training initiatives.

• Carry out additional supervisory duties as required.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: A Master's degree in Professional Counseling, or a Bachelor's in a related field.

• Prior Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant clinical supervision experience in the field of substance abuse.

• Certifications: Possession of a certified clinical supervision letter and Maryland licensing as either a CAC-AD, CSC-AD, or LCPC.
