    Job Description

    As an internal recruiter and trainer, you will be responsible for assisting all departments in their hiring efforts and helping create and implement new employee onboarding training materials, programs, and supporting materials.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Work with department leads and leadership team members to gather requirements for upcoming hires, create and update job descriptions and otherwise executing on internal recruiting processes including reviewing resumes and conducting phone screens, building out applicant profiles, and coordinating for interviews;
    • Managing the applicant tracking system and supplementary tracking sheets;
    • Build relationships with applicants and candidates; update applicants on status of applications;
    • Maintain hiring project plans per quarter;
    • Liaising with HR for new employee hires;
    • Perform reference and background checks
    • Collaborate with department leads and leadership team on recruiting initiatives and strategies;
    • Creating training plans and materials for new hires, in collaboration with department leads;
    • Conduct new hire orientations and training sessions
    • Backup to other administrative office functions (if needed).

    • Ability to work and move projects forward with little direction - this position can be a bit isolated from other teams so the person must be internally motivated and fueled by purpose
    • Critical thinking skills and good judgment
    • Core believe in the importance of diversity and inclusion
    • Ability to think outside of the box if applicants have skills for other positions currently posted or upcoming
    • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written both internally (providing unprompted updates on project timelines and status of hiring and externally to candidates and recruiting agencies);
    • Technologically savvy - you must be exceptional at scheduling, coordinating, and familiar with operating g-suite tools and applicant tracking system technologies.

    Preferred Experience:

    • 1-5 years of experience recruiting for SaaS positions
