Job Description
We are starting a US-based company in partnership with a Chinese Medical Equipment Manufacturer. We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to work along with the CEO to manage the daily business of the company. The tasks will include regulatory licensing management, bookkeeping, HR assistance, customer service, product inventory, and office management.
You will be working with a local team of 4 (you, CEO, IT Assistant, and Warehouse Manager) and communicating with the partner company in China (no Chinese language skills required).
