    We have an Amazing HIGH PAY opportunity for a Contracts Administrator in San Antonio TX! This is a full-time opportunity in office, Monday to Friday 8:30 to 5:00 pm.     JOB SUMMARY

    Through the review and administration of government services contracts, the Contract Administrator will play a vital role in administering and monitoring contract performance as well as mitigating risk to the company. The Contract Administrator will ensure contract compliance and support the MedTrust Team in bids as well as related business development projects.  The person will serve as a liaison with Operations, Billing and the customer (e.g. Government) and position MedTrust as a trusted advisor to our customers.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    Responsibilities will include:

    Pre-Bid and Proposal

    ·           Analyze the opportunities including incumbent and market research

    ·         Provide pricing support including but not limited to managing the salary database and conducting salary research as well as researching historical pricing including competitors

    ·         Consolidate all research findings and present results to management

    ·         Support bid preparation including pricing, technical approach, past performance, FAR clauses, and other administrative deliverables

    Post Award

    ·           Prepare award synopsis or loss analysis

    ·           Ensure contracts are set up and maintained in all systems (Salesforce, SharePoint, etc)

    ·           Ensure all modifications are quickly analyzed, compliant and processed timely

    ·           Ensure all contract deliverables are submitted timely

    ·           Establish and maintain relationships with clients and associated points of contact

     

    On Going Contract Administration

    ·           Maintain our salary research database and our past performance database

    ·           Prepare and deliver contract reporting as required to executive team, clients and teaming partners

    ·           Ensure that all subcontracting is conducted in a manner consistent with all applicable laws, regulations and contract provisions

    ·           Manage, monitor and support subcontractors including by not limited to their primary point for communication, billing resolution, credential compliance and subcontractor performance

    ·           Prepare equitable rate adjustments in response to rate increases in accordance with the Department of Labor Wage Determination for submittal to the government

    ·           Prepare and monitor monthly Burn Rate reports for Management to ensure the company is compliant and develop correction action plans as needed

    ·           Review, analyze and prepare contract de-obligations as required by the Customer

     

    Annual Contract Administration

    ·           Prepare, analyze and continuously audit the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) and Military Department (MILDEP) Data

    ·           Review modifications for contract extensions and communicate information to other departments as required

    ·           Recommend and streamline processes and procedures

    ·           Ensuring funding for all options is timely obtained and documented

    ·           Process contract or task order close out as needed

    ·           Position located in San Antonio, TX headquarters office

     

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Education

    ·         This position requires a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university,

    Work Experience

    ·         2-5 years of experience in contract administration, project management and relevant consulting expertise

    ·         Experience establishing and maintaining long-term client relationships

    ·         Experience with healthcare and/or staffing industry is a plus

    Knowledge and Skills

    ·         Disciplined approach to processes and procedures

    ·         Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word and Excel are required

    ·         Ability to adapt and support evolving workflows and process improvement projects

    ·         Outstanding communication skills (written and oral) including strong ability to write, edit, proofread and present

    ·         Ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization to foster teamwork

    ·         Excellent interpersonal skills

    ·         Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
