WHAT YOU GET TO DO You will gain real-world experience working as part of our team while applying your knowledge of organizational development topics. This paid internship will include a variety of projects around supporting the core work including: Creating of tools and materials that support enterprise strategic initiatives related to culture, organizational alignment, business knowledge, and decision making. Supporting the implementation of the Employee Experience Survey, including survey project management, action planning, communications, analyses and creating/delivering executive summaries. Assisting with workshop/program logistics, including registration, material preparation, etc. WHAT ABOUT YOU? Are you pursuing an Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Organization Development/Behavior, I/O Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or other related fields? Do you have a strong desire to learn? You should have a passion for helping others and solving problems. Your attention to detail, proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills should be exceptional.
