The American Society of Transplantation (AST) is a non-profit medical association dedicated to advancing the field of organ transplantation and improving patient outcomes. We are seeking a Meetings Coordinator to provide critical logistical and administrative support for the AST’s meetings and events. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly—managing speaker materials, supporting registration and housing processes, assisting with signage and logistics, and helping to ensure exceptional attendee experiences.
The Meetings Coordinator will report to the Director of Meetings and collaborate closely with the Meetings Manager and broader AST team to deliver high-quality events that support our mission.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Meetings Coordinator supports the successful execution of the AST's annual meeting calendar by managing speaker logistics, tracking housing and registration data, supporting onsite execution, and ensuring all planning documents and meeting materials are accurate and up-to-date. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
This role is not responsible for content or strategy but serves as a critical logistical and administrative partner to the Meetings Manager and Director of Meetings.
