JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage a large amount of incoming phone calls

Accurately obtain customer information and enter into a data base and schedule for service visit

Provide accurate, valid information using the right methods/tools

Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

Respond to customers through a variety of channels including telephone, internet, and written correspondence as appropriate

Acquire detailed knowledge of services and products to provide excellent service

Develop and maintain client relationships

Communicating and coordinating with coworkers as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

Customer service related experience preferred

Excellent communication and active listening skills

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Comfortable using computers and proficient in different web applications

High school diploma/GED

WORKING CONDITIONS:

This job is located in an office environment with moderate to low noise levels and is typically sedentary. Daily use of a computer and phone system is necessary as well as interaction with staff, technicians, and vendors.
