Job Description
JOB PURPOSE:
Delivers superior customer service to Mega-Bev customers. Must be friendly, outgoing and enjoy fulfilling customer needs and requests. Must be available days, nights, weekends, and some holidays.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Implement superior customer service practices to see that every customer has a positive experience each and every time they visit Mega-Bev.
Ability to operate our POS systems, and process payments in an efficient and accurate manner.
Must be friendly, outgoing, and be a good listener.
Must be good with math and able to read/write legibly.
Ability to complete tasks assigned by supervisor or manager efficiently and accurately.
Develop knowledge about products and stay up to date on customer trends.
Ability to merchandise, stock coolers, and face shelves.
Ability to multi task in a busy environment.
Must be punctual, dependable, and flexible.
We are looking for anyone with knowledge in Beer, Wine or Liquor.
**Mega-Bev is a growing company and has a lot of potential to move up in the company quickly. Future possible positions include management positions, district management positions, beverage consultant positions, etc.
***positions may be available in other locations as well including Battle Creek, Oshtemo, Portage, Marshall, Hastings and Lansing.

Salary: Starting at $10-$13 /hour with possible raises every 6 months
