Megabyte Systems is the market leader in California Property Tax Systems, providing property tax accounting and auditing solutions to county government.
We currently have an opportunity for a Business Support Analyst with proven experience providing customer support for business software applications.
BUSINESS SUPPORT ANALYST
PRINCIPLE DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
· Executing test plans on pre-released versions of software
· Assessing product functionality against quality standards
· Research and document reported issues to identify, reproduce, and resolve issues
· Logging issues for development team review in detail
· Collaborating with other team members to ensure quality and accuracy of program functionality
REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum of 2 years customer support
· Technical Knowledge and business awareness
· Self-starter with solid work ethic
· Experience with Microsoft office products
· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
· Excellent written and verbal communication
· Ability to work in both an individual and team environment
PLUSES
· 1+ years of previous QA experience in a related field
· Associate degree or similar technical school certification
· California Property Tax Knowledge or financial background
· Ability to multitask and prioritize various projects

COMPENSATION:
