    AI/Client Developer
    Lakewood, NJ (Hybrid)

    The AI/Client Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing artificial intelligence models to solve business problems and improve our product and offering. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into AI-driven solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms, as well as excellent problem-solving abilities.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Design, develop, test, and deploy AI models, using programming languages like Python, R, or Java.
    • Use machine learning tools and libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
    • Process, clean, and verify the integrity of data used for analysis. Develop datasets and prepare data for predictive modeling.
    • Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to understand the problem space, gather requirements, and deliver AI-driven solutions.
    • Keep up to date of developments in the field of AI and apply new techniques where relevant.
    • Collaborate with data engineers and IT teams to ensure the successful deployment of AI models.
    • Document and present the workings and insights of the AI models to stakeholders.
    • Troubleshoot and improve existing AI models and systems.
    • Conduct A/B testing and perform statistical analysis to validate the effectiveness of AI models.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field.
    • A Master's degree would be advantageous.
    • 3-5 years of experience in designing and developing AI models, preferably in a business setting.
    • Proficient in AI related technologies and languages such as Python, R, Java, and SQL.
    • Knowledge of machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or similar.
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
    • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and principles.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and mathematical skills.
    • Good communication skills and the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Experience in using AI to solve real-world business problems.
