Responsibilities of the position:
· Contact lead requests that potential customers have filled out (purchased by Agency Owner)
· Act in the role of being an advisor for risks
· Create marketing plans and follow up on marketing plans
· Business management
· Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
· Follow up with leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
· Establish and maintain customer relationships
Requirements
· Must have 4 Year Degree
· No insurance experience necessary
· Self-motivated, coachable, competitive, people oriented
· Ability to work in a team environment
· Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
· Driven/self-starting mentality
· Demonstrates initiative
· Desire for achievement and growth '
