We specialize in designing and implementing digital marketing programs for top financial advisors around the country. We're looking for a Facebook Ads Expert (Media Buyer) to join our team! Job Description The Facebook Ads Expert (Media Buyer) will be responsible for managing the company's Facebook ad campaigns, client ad campaigns, and creative testing through Facebook Ad's Manager. This role is involved in the entire campaign cycle from start to finish. This includes creating and testing new ads and targeting options, launching and overseeing campaigns, and scaling budgets while maintaining targeted KPI's. Responsibilities * This role is involved in the entire campaign cycle from start to finish * This includes creating and testing ads and targeting options, launching and overseeing campaigns, scaling budgets while maintaining targeted KPI's * Set-up, manage, analyze and scale Facebook campaigns and budgets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to keep the spend optimized for sales growth while hitting ROI goals * Drive creation of new ad creatives both through your own ideas as well as collaboration with marketing, sales and video departments to ensure that we have a new, exciting creative to test. * Continuously ideate, implement and measure results of A/B testing for both creatives and campaign targeting to optimize for engagement/conversions * Prepare and deliver performance reports identifying successes and opportunities for improvement * Stay up-to-date on our offers, paid social media best practices and our competitive landscape * Participate in innovation and improvement of our company's systems Qualifications * 3+ years experience managing Facebook ads * Ability to analyze data and provide action plans based on conclusions * Openness and ability to learn new concepts and systems quickly * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Strong interpersonal, verbal and written skills * Collaborative "can-do" attitude, strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate new concepts easily * Possess strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced work environment * Familiarity with basic image/video editing and Photoshop Company Description Megastar Advisors is one of the fastest growing Insurance Marketing Organizations (IMO) in the industry.
