    The goal of a Communications Specialist is to provide an extremely personal, great first impression to our clients! The role will include answering inbound client calls for our service, getting to know initial request details from our clients, making sure our service is the right fit for them, and getting them set up with an agent!

    The Communications Specialist is a people person, with a drive to both help people and develop their client-facing communication skills (yup, we have very competitive sales jobs for the best of the best to grow into!). That drive comes through as they communicate with clients on a daily basis, and they leave everyone who reaches out with a positive impression of ROU, whether they're a good fit for the service or not!

    The Responsibilities/Key Expectations:

    Respond to all inbound client requests in the timeliest manner possible

    Communicate with Sales team to ensure smooth client hand-offs

    Get to know the full scope of a client's request

    Participate in weekly team meetings

    Assist Managing Director with Communications processes/ideas

    Other duties as assigned

    Experience/Qualifications:

    ● Reliable

    ● Strong communication skills, comfortable talking to a diverse set of clients

    ● Comfortable with data entry

    ● Attention to detail

    ● Effective time management skills

    TYPICAL OFFICE HOURS:

    Monday - Friday 8:30am-6:00pm

    Working with these clients, we quickly learned their situations are more complicated than what you hear on the news about Millennials and the financial doom surrounding their affinity for avocado toast and organic produce. Millennials can afford to own a home, as long as they have a bridge to get there.

    So we created the Rent Back Program because we believe that everyone deserves their own kitchen, in their own home to serve up avocado toast as often as they want.
