ROU REALTY, LLC POSITION: SALES AGENT FLSA STATUS: W2 REPORTS TO: MANAGING DIRECTOR

IMPORTANT: THIS POSITION IS BASED ON ALL INBOUND LEADS_. __ OVER $100K EARNING POTENTIAL! _THE POSITION: As a Sales Agent, you'll work as an Outside Sales Representative with qualified leads to help them find the perfect new apartment and educate them on our industry changing Rent-Back program, which converts their next year of rent into a credit to be used towards a future home purchase. You'll establish a strong relationship with them in the initial apartment search and continue to follow up at appropriate intervals to help them with their home search.

• Social and outgoing with an ability to connect with others easily

• Positive and goal driven with a strong desire to grow with a new company and learn along the way

• Flexible with a team-oriented mentality 

• Knowledgeable about Dallas and the D-FW area, with an interest in what makes each area "unique"

• Quick learner, with the ability to adapt and grow independently and own your success

THE DAY-TO-DAY

• Connect with clients, build trust, learn about their home preferences, and teach the Dallas market

• Curate apartment and home searches based on client's needs

• Schedule and escort clients on tours to see potential properties

• Utilize CRM system to update information about all your clients
