POSITION SUMMARY & OBJECTIVE:

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and organized individual who can manage multiple projects at a time with very strong communication skills. The candidate must also be able to problem-solve, be forward-thinking, and flexible in the role. This position will assist the Marketing Manager as needed.

FUNCTIONS, ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• General support as requested by the Marketing Manager
• Overall support of Marketing and Sales teams
• Order marketing materials from various vendors
• Maintain and replenish inventory of marketing collateral
• Update website and field materials with necessary changes
• Respond/forward emails in the marketing inbox to appropriate recipients
• Forward leads to the appropriate salespeople
• Assist with social media and various other marketing activities
• Schedule photoshoots and update photos as directed
• Assemble warranty packets and other print materials
• Periodic audits as requested

KNOWLEDGE / ATTITUDES / SKILLS:

• 1-2 Years of experience and/or education in marketing related activities
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Suite Products, Adobe Creative Products)
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written
• Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Must be a team player with strong organizational and interpersonal skills
