RETTEW, an EMPLOYEE-OWNED engineering consulting firm seeks an experienced PROJECT MANAGER to support our Land Development Group in our MECHANICSBURG, PA office. For us, development projects are more than just providing a practical, functional space; it’s about creating an experience. It’s more than just designing a shopping complex with an anchor store or an apartment complex with x-amount of units; it’s also about landscaping, walking paths, common areas, and other elements that make for a distinct atmosphere.  RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Planning and managing of multidiscipline projects
• Leading design teams in all aspects of project design
• Ensuring projects are completed within scope, schedule and budget
• Deliver quality products and achieve client delight on every project
• Business development and client management experience a plus

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture
• 10-15 years of experience managing projects
• PE, RLA or related professional license is preferred
• Strong demonstrated technical expertise
• History of development of new and existing clients a plus
• Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Office, Hydraflow and HydroCAD is preferred
