    We are seeking to hire a SENIOR PRE-SALES ENGINEER to join our collaborative, high growth organization located at our office based in LANE COVE, SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA.

     

    The SENIOR PRE-SALES ENGINEER – STRATEGIC ACCOUNTS ANZ will impact the organization by providing pre-sales technical support for the development and implementation of complex products/applications/ solutions. Using in-depth industry and product knowledge to provide technical expertise to sales staff and the customer through sales presentations and product demonstrations.

     

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

     

    • Partner and assist account managers to drive revenue growth for Casa systems by delivering business success to our customers and partners.
    • Comprehensive discovery, information sharing & collaborative solution design.
    • Proposal development.
    • Assists the sales staff in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs.
    • Solution demonstrations.
    • Proof-of-concept test design & execution.
    • Create detailed design and implementation specifications for complex products/applications/solutions and provide consultation to prospective users.
    • Reply to customer technical queries related to products, solutions, implementation, problems and design.
    • Reply to RFP/RFI including the statement of compliance, BoQ, design write up, etc.
    • Reply to partner queries related to products, solutions, implementation, problems and design.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

     

    • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant engineering field (electronics, software, computer science, etc.).
    • 5+ years of experience as a pre-sales SE for a network vendor.
    • 10 or more years network engineering experience.
    • Strong technical background and knowledge of telecommunications Voice, Data, and Video networking.
    • Hands-on experience implementing devices into Service Provider business’s managing the development, testing and deployment phases.
    • Expert knowledge on Broadband Access Gateways, Wifi Extenders, 4G/5G Fixed Wireless devices and 4G/5G Cellular IOT Devices.
    • Strong Knowledge of Fixed and Wireless technologies including DSL access technologies (VDSL/Gfast), Wireless Radio Access Technologies (3G/4G/5G).
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively work with multiple audiences and levels within both internally and externally.

    Required Skills Required Experience

  • Qualifications
    • Strong knowledge of Medicaid utilization and quality control
    • Familiarity with LOCUS, LSI, InterQual or other clinical decision support
    • Familiarity with at least one medical management application (e.g., Jiva) or electronic data is preferred
    • InterQual Certified Instructor (IQCI) is preferred
    • Demonstrable competence in leadership, wellness, oversight and evaluation of services, staff development, assessment,
    • service planning, case management and coordination
    • Understands utilization of community resources; group, family, and individual therapy or counseling; documentation and
    • rationale for services to promote intended outcomes; and implementation of all provider policies
    • Familiarity with healthcare clinical and operational workflows
    • Familiarity with medical terminology
    • Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite
    • Proficiency with MS Project and/or Visio preferred
    • Provides timely, continuous recognition and feedback using objective, job-related data and observations (including documented performance appraisals at least annually); timely initiates performance improvement opportunities in alignment with Comagine Health policy and practice.
    • Develops, maintains, and enforces individual- and team-level performance expectations for deliverables; applies Comagine Health’s general conduct standards.
    • Delivers, or ensures delivery, of initial orientation and training (including review of direct reports’ job descriptions), plus on-going training.
    • Able to calibrate developed trainings as needed to align with changing needs and priorities.
    • Ensures availability of procedures, technology, and other resources necessary to conduct work activities; provides subject matter expertise as applicable.
    • Conducts a variety of personnel management activities, including but not limited to recruitment, selection, on-boarding, training, evaluation, and separation, according to Comagine Health policy and practice and in collaboration with leadership and Human Resources.
    • Provide training as needed to providers to assist in the goals of the contract.
    • Provides initial orientation to new employees as well as ongoing clinical and non-clinical mentoring, training, and support for staff Provides clinical and/or review process subject matter expertise; Provides Utilization Management and Case Management services, to ensure training is appropriate and applicable
