ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Meeting with customers face to face and assessing their needs
• Acquiring new accounts
• Learning and understanding product knowledge
• Customer service
• Creating a positive buying experience

Qualifications:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE -

Higher Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred – Associates degree required

COMMUNICATION SKILLS-

Ability to effectively communicate and present information to customers, peers and all levels of management.

LEADERSHIP SKILLS-

Prior lead or supervisory roles. Involvement in charity, fundraising, sorority / fraternity, or sports is a plus!

REASONING ABILITY-

Self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team and must have good time management skills.

OTHER SKILLS-

• Ability to multitask and attention to detail
• Critical thinking and problem solving
• Accountable and outgoing

WORK HOURS-

Retail hours, flexible schedule. 40 hours a week.
