Responsibilities: • Handle complex estate planning matters, including drafting wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents tailored to client's unique needs and objectives. • Manage trust administration and probate cases, ensuring compliance with California laws and regulations. Provide strategic guidance and support to other attorneys and paralegals on the team conduct legal research and stay current on developments in estate planning and probate law. • Collaborate with clients, financial advisors, and other professionals to develop comprehensive estate plans. • Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations as needed. • Maintain accurate and detailed case records and documentation. • Guide our clients through our process with the support of your fellow team members who are each uniquely assigned a role to make your job easier and ensure a five-star client experience Qualifications: • Minimum of 10 years of experience practicing estate planning law, with a focus on trust administration and probate matters. • Strong knowledge of California probate code, trust law, and estate tax laws. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively counsel clients and collaborate with colleagues. • Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience providing guidance and mentorship to junior attorneys and paralegals. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. • A team spirit where you will be looking for ways to support and encourage your colleagues like they will do for you. • A commitment to ensuring a 5-star experience for our clients who feel like we are an extended family who will be there for them today and in the years to come. Compensation: $135,000-$175,000 yearly
