    We need an independent, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, efficient, and organized Legal Assistant who will provide clerical support to our Paralegal and Attorneys. This person will help prepare certain components of clients’ estate plans under the direct supervision of the supervising attorney and paralegal. This person will be deeply rooted in the firm’s success and completely trustworthy. They will have the full support of our team but will perform their duties independently because they are efficient, competent, and have great character and work ethic. They will feel invested and take pride in seeing our firm continue to grow, expand, and succeed, and will feel proud about their contribution. They will love this opportunity even more if they are an aspiring lawyer or paralegal and want to experience what it’s like working in a client-focused/mission-driven law firm. This is a full-time, 40 hour per week position. As the firm continues to grow, all our staff members have the potential to grow within the company. Responsibilities: • Assisting our paralegal and the attorneys with data entry in our legal drafting system. • Preparing letters and instructions to clients regarding their estate plans, trust administration, or probate matters. • Communicating with clients to collect important information. • Assisting with preparing legal documents. • Active participation in team meetings, systemization efforts, growth efforts, and data tracking. • Having a professional, positive, team mentality, and client-focused attitude. Qualifications: • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree from an accredited institution. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Gsuite. • Excellent communication skills. • Having a professional, positive, team mentality, and client-focused attitude. Compensation: $21 hourly + bonuses
