    We are looking for a trustworthy, outgoing, empathetic sales professional who has the skill set, leadership skills, and organizational skills to close high-end deals with prospective clients and help manage our sales process. This person must bring a high level of energy, positivity, and a can-do attitude to every client and referral partner interaction. This person represents our firm in the best way possible to prospective clients and helps us reach our goal of serving more clients. We believe that “sales” is a service that brings tremendous value to our prospective clients. Our sales process educates prospective clients on the estate planning process and helps them think through their needs and options and make courageous decisions for their future and loved ones. Even if we decide a prospective client is not the right fit for our services and team, we want them to leave our office better off in some fashion than when they came in. We also need our Sales/Client Engagement Specialist to offer compassion to all prospective clients, especially those who are navigating the aftermath of receiving a serious medical diagnosis or losing a loved one. This position is only for top-notch sales professionals who can both sell legal services and cultivate new relationships. We provide training in what you need to know to best help our clients, and for the right person, this will be a highly rewarding position personally, professionally, and financially. This position is also only for sales professionals who are very comfortable discussing big price points and complex problems with maturity and sensitivity. They must also have excellent follow-up skills and know how to manage an overall sales process while working alongside other talented team members in the most collaborative, supportive way possible. Please note that this position does not require or allow you to provide legal advice. Therefore, legal experience is not required. What is required is prior sales/customer service experience and proven success, and a natural caring and compassionate personality that leaves prospective clients feeling supported and guided. Responsibilities: • Conduct initial client consultations to sell legal services • Oversee the smooth transition of new cases to the legal team • Follow up with potential new clients who have not yet retained us • Maintain a tracking system to monitor leads, new clients, and referral sources • Work in person at our Newport Beach office. Qualifications: • Understand how to build a relationship with a person • Show the ability to interact with different types of personalities • Show empathy to potential clients and make them feel comfortable • Know how to close a sale by creating urgency and promoting value • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills in person, over the phone, via online video conferencing, and in writing • Think on their feet • Not get discouraged when things don’t go as planned • Be willing and able to quickly learn about new topics • Treat a call or meeting at 4:30 p.m. on a Friday with the same - care and compassion as one on a Monday morning • Follow instructions and understand the importance of policies and procedures • Be a collegial team player who consistently acts with respect and integrity. • Be tech savvy (we use the full Google suite of products and specialized CRM software) • Be a fun person to have around the office! Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly plus bonuses
