    Job Description

    Meier Partners Architects LLP, an international architectural practice of 30 persons is currently seeking an Executive Receptionist/Admin for a full-time position. This is an opportunity to work closely with a great team & nice office culture. The role will support Front Office, Studio Practice & Senior Executives

    ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • · Support, collaborate and work closely with one Executive Assistant and Front Office team
    • · Work closely with the Financial office and HR
    • · Prepare materials for appointments (internal & external stakeholders)
    • · Manage the use and availability of conference room and other meeting spaces
    • · Maintain/Update the Office Handbook & organization of corporate databases
    • · Order books, products and maintain subscription dues
    • · Coordinate messenger services and FedEx mailings

    RECEPTIONIST RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • · Greet and announce arrival of guests
    • · Answer incoming calls and route to appropriate party
    • · Coordinate office meetings and events, arranging menus and delivery of food/beverages as needed including printing of presentations, coordinating of events, and shipping of required materials
    • · Maintain a neat front office

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • · Undergraduate degree required
    • · Highly Intelligent, proactive, kind – also truly personable
    • · Adaptable in a fast-paced and demanding environment, comfortable utilizing new technologies
    • · Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
    • · Excellent interpersonal skills
    • · Demonstrates personal integrity with ability to handle sensitive information
    • · 2-3 years or more in administrative high-level support

    Meier Partners requires all individuals hired into this position to be fully vaccinated

    · Key Competencies:

    · Proficiency in MSOFFICE, InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, great phone etiquette
