We are seeking a skilled and motivated General Service Automotive Technician to join our team. This dual-role position combines automotive repair and maintenance with customer service and sales at the front counter. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing outstanding service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Automotive Technician Duties:

Perform routine maintenance services (oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, etc.) on various vehicle makes and models.

Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.

Front Counter and Sales Duties:

Greet customers warmly and professionally, providing a positive first impression.

Assist customers in understanding their vehicle service needs and explaining recommended services.

Process sales transactions, including parts and services, efficiently and accurately.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; automotive certification or relevant training preferred.

Proven experience as an automotive technician or in a similar role.

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Working Conditions:
