MELA Group has immediate openings for Outside Sales/Marketing  Agents. We are a direct marketing firm partnered with T-Mobile and we help them with their outreach through the LifeLine Program.  We provide full training in basic sales and persuasion techniques and give people the opportunity they deserve based on their results, work ethic, and attitude, rather than their tenure.

Regardless of your previous experience, we specialize in developing people into sales and marketing experts. We are looking for individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to learn and grow to join our team and help build brand awareness within the community for our clients. 

About MELA: We are a fast-paced marketing consulting company located in Long Beach, representing some of the many fortune 500 clients that we work with. We generate new customers and brand awareness for our clients through the use of our highly effective event marketing team. Having a mindset of growth, both personal and within the business, is MANDATORY. 

Please keep in mind there is a daily base pay of $100, along with a competitive bonus structure. This position is Monday-Friday; with a minimum of 5 hours per day. Thus, we are looking to fill both part-time and full-time roles.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver superior product presentations using value-based sales strategies and empathizing with the customer’s needs. 
• Nurture current and active customer relationships to upsell future service levels and utilize our portfolio of products and services available. 
• Attending daily training sessions to stay up-to-date on client and product knowledge, industry-leading sales techniques and outreach methods, and reviewing compliance standards and regulations.
• Actively search for opportunities to improve and optimize our sales, training, and onboarding procedures.
