Andes Group is the future of customer acquisitions here within the local region. Our customer service team has been so thorough and successful with our current client base, that we are now in need of expanding our customer service management team. Each Customer Service Specialist we acquire will be responsible for managing one specific client amongst multiple cities within a twenty-mile radius. Therefore, the Customer Service Specialist must become familiarized with surrounding cities, demographics, and other competitors of the client they are assigned. The growth of our customer service team is driven by delivering real results for our clients. Thus, we seek to employ motivated and high-performing sales professionals with a passion for helping our clients grow and satisfy customers needs. This is a government-funded position where we enroll individuals on any type of government assistance to receive a FREE wireless phone. We are willing to train highly motivated people from customer service positions into entry-level management roles. Openings are ideal for graduates or professionals with customer service experience looking for a rewarding career change.
