MELA has immediate openings for Event Coordinator! We are a direct marketing firm that is doing outreach on behave of T-mobile. We provide full training in basic marketing and sales, and are giving people the opportunity they deserve based on their results, work ethic, and attitude, rather than their tenure.
Over the past several years, we have had tremendous success in developing people with no experience in becoming sales and marketing experts! Now, we are looking for up to 10 individuals with the same opportunity. We are looking for entry-level sales-minded individuals to join our team and help build brand awareness for our non-profits emergency response.
About Mela: We are a fast-paced marketing consulting company located in Long Beach, representing some of the fortune 500 clients we work with. We generate new customers and brand awareness for our clients through the use of our highly effective event marketing team. Personal growth and growth mindset are MANDATORY.
Responsibilities:
Act as a representative of the brands we work with
Coordinate, plan, co-create, and co-manage a variety of marketing-related projects
Perform a range of administrative and marketing support duties related to the daily operations
Maintain current knowledge of organizational and department policies and procedures
Contribute to ongoing process improvements
Attend marketing events
Attend meetings
Support promotional team activities
