LEAD SALES & CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Community Outreach & Customer service
• Handling customer complaints and escalations
• Completing sales using our current POS
• Be able to provide product knowledge
• Assisting with maintaining sales targets

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Lead Sales & Customer Service Agents will ensure the delivery of excellent customer service while building solid customer relationships. We accomplish this by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.

This position receives a base pay that involves direct, in-person contact with clients and customers.
