Responsibilities: Oversee all brochures, flyers, online marketing, etc. to continuously build our brand Keep team members informed about challenges and issues that need to be handled to ensure open lines of communication on the team Build, edit and circulate monthly reports to keep the entire team informed of company results Act as a liaison between customers and team members for optimum proficiency Keep up with all systems pertaining to business operations including customer data and back office support to keep the team productive Provide concierge level customer service to vendors and customers to improve customer satisfaction ratings • Answering and screening phone calls, answering client questions, and directing calls to the appropriate person • Assisting clients and team when needed • Monitor email and reply when necessary • Organize calendar and coordinate scheduling • Manage social media and engage audience • Actively promote team standards • Organize various team building and client appreciation events • Data entry and organization • Assist team lead with day to day functions Qualifications: Maintain confidentiality when assisting to problem-solve for clients and the team Be a strong communicator Should be empathetic to customer issues and strive to improve relationships Work efficiently and in a timely manner on a variety of tasks with minimal supervision Deadline driven and extremely organized • Reliable and dependable • Ability to problem solve • Self-motivated, driven and energetic • Willingness to work hard in a fast paced environment • Attention to detail • Exceptional written, verbal, and phone skills • Service oriented attitude with a client first focus • Strong organizational skills • Ability to work productively within a team environment • High ethical standards • Drive for excellence and growth • Licensed Florida real estate agent is a plus but not necessary Compensation: $12 - $14 hourly
