    Job Description

    We are a B2B and B2C Fashion Accessories E-commerce company near Pasadena, California. Our products have been seen in major fashion magazines and on TV.

    This role will provide assistance with day-to-day administrative tasks as well as customer service, ensuring the company maintains excellent customer care. The candidate must be very detail-oriented with excellent communication skills and previous experience in a fashion industry-related position is a plus. The candidate will need to operate in a dynamic role with a lot of career potential and upward mobility opportunities.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    • Responding to customers and working closely with management and the logistics team.
    • Assist customers with orders and returns.
    • Entering orders and ensuring orders are shipped promptly and paid.
    • Answering phones, responding to messages, call customers for follow-ups.
    • Create new sales by reaching out to existing customers and prospective customers.

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

    • Must demonstrate fluency in Excel, Word, PDF document management, and other electronic applications.
    • Shopify knowledge a big plus.
    • Ability to use UPS Worldship; FEDEX, EDI, and other carriers preferred.
    • Demonstrate consistent responsibility; be detail-oriented with the ability to track daily interactions with all business relationships.
    • Ability to work in a high-paced, highly dynamic work environment; must be able to multitask and manage several projects and support multiple clients.
    • Ability to work well with others and have a strong work ethic.
    • Willingness and ambition for promotion opportunities with business growth.
    • Ability to carefully follow instructions, speak, read, write, and communicate effectively and professionally.
    • Ability to coordinate, analyze, observe, make decisions, and meet deadlines in a detail-oriented manner.
    • Must adhere to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    • High School Diploma or equivalency required; preferred college degree in business.
    • Experience working in the fashion and/or wholesale industry is a plus.

    Experience:

    • Customer Service 2+ years required, E-Commerce +1 year required, Sales +1 Year preferred; Administration Assistant 2+ years preferred, Shipping +1 year preferred.

    Job Type: PART-TIME. MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY 9 AM-1 PM

    Salary: $15.00 to $18.00/hour
