    Job Description

    We are looking for IMPLEMENTATION ASSOCIATE for the STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS team with a love for technology and finance and a desire to ensure that our customers succeed in our Strategic Partnerships division. This role will be a resource for onboarding new partnerships within Melio. By reporting to and updating the Senior Manager, you will be helping Melio onboard Clients through API partnerships and take on all areas of our product. While also prioritizing and organizing client & campaign management, you will work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure a positive client experience.

    You will be at the forefront of managing relationships to ensure that our customers have access to all of our knowledge and experience (from a compliance and user experience standpoint) to help customers succeed. By providing recommendations, insights, and providing stellar support, you will be a leader in helping companies get the most value out of Melio. You will play an essential role in ensuring Melio's partners have a positive experience and quick fix to any potential issues through being an attentive and efficient Implementation Associate. 

    How you'll make an impact:

    • Communicate with our Strategic Partnerships team post-sale to successfully and efficiently onboard new customers
    • The Implementation Associate will be the primary contact for any new customer with the expectation being effectively an SME (subject Matter Expert) on all Melio products and the entire implementation/onboarding process
    • Daily implementation/onboarding process - provide support to customers through live conversations via telephone, email and live demos
    • Prioritize customer needs, while resolving issues in a timely manner
    • Collect feedback from clients to share with the sales & engineering team to successfully strengthen integration & any new product feature needs.
    • Maintain clear and and accurate implementation guides based on spec sheets provided
    • Anticipate and resolve any potential bottlenecks or issues that arise throughout the implementation
    • Communicate & work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve tickets efficiently and effectively handle any potential concerns, delays, modifications, updates on behalf of our clients etc.

    What we'd love to see:

    • 1-2+ years of implementation experience, ideally in a client-facing position
    • Strong technical communication + ability to interact with potential customers in a professional manner
    • Knack for analyzing data so that you can better figure out from a big picture standpoint what is working and what's not working for our customers
    • Ability to quickly ramp up on Melio's product knowledge
    • Experience working in a technical capacity highly preferred
    • Strong understanding of APIs is a plus
    • An ability to work independently within a small, fast-paced team
    • An entrepreneurial spirit and unrelenting passion to deliver the best service possible
    • Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment, while being able to stay patient while managing a variety of situations
    • Ability to implement feedback, learn quickly, and contribute new ideas
    • A general concern for the wellbeing of others and the desire to work on problems that maximize a positive future for humanity
    • Bonus points for prior experience working for a tech startup or a similar environment driven by the vision and success of the company
