Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO:
· Assist in Management of the on-boarding process for new customers.
· Work closely with the Service Manager and Sales team members, providing consistent support.
· Conducting customer follow up, as needed.
· Advises customer on pricing, delays and any other information pertinent to order or request.
· May be required to visit customers as needed.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Friendly and conversational
· Must be detail oriented, team player and technologically savvy
· Fast Learner
· Excellent written and verbal communication, strong editing skills
· Must be comfortable with Microsoft products
