The main role of the Window Worker is serving customers in a polite and efficient manner. The majority of your shift will be spent at the window taking customer orders, entering them into the cash register, collecting payment, and making products. When there are not customers at the window, your secondary role is to assist the shift manager in keeping the store well stocked and cleaned. Other tasks include any duties that the shift manager assigns you. Prior customer service experience helpful. Experience with cash register point of sale and cash handling. Ability to work a variety of shifts including days, nights and weekends. A minimum of 2 shifts per week with 3 days preferred because of training period.
