Responsibilities: • Consult with clients in order to discover their real estate needs; then find properties that meet those needs. • Act as a negotiator between your buyer and a potential seller. • Help clients choose mortgage options that meet their needs by connecting them with a preferred lender. • Present offers to sellers and/or seller's agents. • Participate in open houses, networking activities, and training events to continue to improve your sales skills. • Consistently network and market to prospect for new clients. • Prospect daily. • LOVE to work in a team environment, yet can be self-disciplined and self-managed. • Dedication to continuously improve personally and professionally. • Dedication to our processes and systems. • Real estate is flexible, but you need to be available for clients and their schedules. • Provide world-class customer service to clients every day. • Qualifications: • Tennessee Real Estate License is REQUIRED for this position. • Adhere to our Mission Statement and Core Values. • Must have basic computer skills using MS Outlook, word processing, and spreadsheets. • Professional in attitude and appearance. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Be able to multi-task and be creative to think outside the box. • Detailed oriented. • Self-directed and self-motivated. Compensation: From $75,000+
