    Fast-paced, high-volume real estate team in search of a part-time social media marketer to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and growth. You will work closely with our leadership team and contribute to various social media initiatives. Responsibilities: • Create and curate engaging content for social media posts, including graphics, videos, and written copy • Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook) • Build out and grow a YouTube channel • Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for optimization • Analyze social media metrics and performance data to track progress and identify areas for improvement • Assist in managing social media calendars, scheduling posts, and coordinating content with other marketing initiatives Qualifications: • Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field • Strong passion for social media marketing and digital communication • Video editing is a plus • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in using social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook) • Basic knowledge of social media analytics and tracking tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics) is a plus • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment Compensation: $15 - $20 hourly
