WE'RE AFTER THREE SENIOR RECRUITERS JOIN OUR TEAM AS A RECRUITING AGENCY TEAM MEMBER.

OVERVIEW In order to qualify for this role, you must give us permission to market your resume and submit proposals for project based work to potential clients on your behalf on a leading freelancer website. Because we will be marketing your resume, you must be able to be flexible enough to meet the clients needs. it is recommended that you apply only if you are in a situation to meet those client demands.

REQUIREMENTS 5+ years recent experience in recruiting. You must have or create an Upwork freelancer profile. You must have the ability and bandwidth to take on freelance projects that can range from one time quick projects to longer term projects that can take anywhere from 1-30+ hours a week. You must give us permission to market and submit profiles on your behalf. Ability to take calls and answer emails quickly. If you are interested in recruiting projects you must have access to your own recruiting tools including at least one job board. Ability to start projects right away with very little or no notice. Experience in startup recruiting is preferred.

PAY Pay is variable depending on the needs and what we can negotiate with clients. It could be an hourly rate or it could be a one time payment after you complete the project (minus platform and agency fees). We charge a 20% service fee from all monies collected from the client.
