Responsibility
Melt Ambassadors provide the first impression for many of our clients. This position is not only to be the face of Melt, but to ensure client experience is frictionless and positive.
The mail responsibility of Melt Ambassadors is to attend to the needs of the Clients/Students, and provide operational and facility support to the studio including but not limited to:
Lead direct in-studio Customer Service
Foster Client/Student Engagement
Manage Transactions and Retail Sales
Provide Operational/Maintenance Support to contribute to a clean and smooth studio experience
Provide Studio Support and oversight to ensure Customer Experience
Core Responsibilities
Direct a smooth and efficient flow at the front desk during class check-ins
Actively promote and sell classes, memberships, workshops, trainings and retail offerings
Be knowledgeable and able to educate clients about our class type offerings and retail products
Work with MBO for all bookings and transactions, with a high degree of accuracy
Compassionately hold boundaries and enforces studio policies
Execute a multitude of cleaning/maintenance shift tasks, and upholding a clean, safe, organized and aesthetically pleasing studio and retail space
Support management team by communicating and providing feedback regarding needs of the space
Job Requirements:
• 1+ year experience in an office or retail environment
• High School or College Degree preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• A team player, who is dedicated and highly dependable
• Strong customer service abilities
• Available to work early mornings, evenings and weekends
