About the Role:

Hammer and Nails in Yardley, PA is looking for a charismatic and service-driven Member Concierge to be the face of our premium grooming experience. This is your chance to join a one-of-a-kind men's grooming lounge where every guest is treated like a VIP. Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome members and guests, ensuring a warm and elevated first impression

Manage appointment scheduling, booking, and confirmations using salon management software

Promote and sell memberships and retail products.

Handle member inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and care

Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front-of-house environment

Process transactions, manage POS system, and handle cash and card payments accurately

Coordinate with grooming staff to ensure smooth daily operations and on-time service flow

Take guests on tours and serve complimentary refreshments.

Requirements:

Prior customer service, hospitality, or front desk experience preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a naturally outgoing personality

Sales-minded with the ability to confidently promote memberships and retail products

Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting

Proficiency with scheduling or POS software is a plus

Reliable, punctual, and a true team player

Passion for delivering a luxury, hospitality-driven guest experience
