    FS8 is part of the F45 Training FIT House of Brands, offering a modern fusion of Pilates, Tone, and Yoga in a supportive, community-driven environment. As we prepare to launch FS8 Thousand Oaks, we are seeking enthusiastic, service-oriented Member Consultants to help grow our member base and deliver an exceptional studio experience.

    Position Summary

    The Member Consultant is the face of FS8 Thousand Oaks. This role is responsible for building relationships with prospective and current members, driving membership sales, supporting studio operations, and ensuring every person who walks through the door feels welcomed and supported.

    This is an excellent position for someone who is outgoing, organized, and passionate about health and wellness.

    Key Responsibilities

    Greet all members and guests with warmth and professionalism.

    Conduct studio tours and clearly explain FS8 programming, membership options, and benefits.

    Follow up with leads via phone, text, email, and in-person to drive membership conversions.

    Manage membership sales, onboarding, and retention through strong relationship-building skills.

    Support front desk operations: check-ins, retail sales, class bookings, and member account updates.

    Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment at all times.

    Handle member questions, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and care.

    Uphold FS8 policies and represent the brand positively.

    Qualifications

    Required

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable speaking with new people.

    Sales mindset with the ability to overcome objections and close memberships.

    Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

    A positive attitude and passion for health, wellness, and community.

    Basic computer skills (POS systems, scheduling platforms, email communication).

    Preferred

    Previous experience in membership sales, fitness studios, retail, or customer service.

    Knowledge of Pilates, yoga, or group fitness programming (not required).

    CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain).

    Availability

    Ideal candidates have flexible availability across morning, midday, evening, and weekend shifts. Primary studio operating hours range from:

    Monday–Friday: 6:00am–7:30pm Saturday & Sunday: 7:00am–11:00am
