    Position Overview

    We are seeking a Member Engagement and Sales Associate who will be the face of The Picklr Fremont, welcoming members, running the front desk, and clearly communicating our programs and membership options. This role supports all day to day club operations, helps players get on courts, answers questions in person and over the phone, and keeps the club organized and running smoothly. You will play a key part in helping The Picklr Fremont become a true third place for the community, a welcoming and reliable space where people feel connected and excited to return.

    Overall Responsibilities:

    Handles check in process as the Member Engagement and Sales Associate

    Welcome guests and prospective members

    Provide tours for prospective members

    Respond to inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email

    Understands all membership offerings and ways to play at The Picklr Fremont

    Proficient with all club software software programs (PlaybyPoint, Aircall, Hubspot, Wingfield AI, SWISH, etc.)

    Provides excellent customer service and outstanding hospitality

    Assists with club cleaning and maintenance

    Complete assigned Trainings on time

    Maintain a clean and organized check in and Pro shop area

    Accurately record client information and accept payments

    Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence

    Ensure The Picklr Fremont rules and systems are followed

    Qualifications:

    Friendly and professional disposition

    A passion and knowledge of pickleball community and gameplay

    Ability to effectively and clearly explain memberships and programming offerings at The Picklr Fremont

    Able to set up/explain/run all Picklr programs

    Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management

    Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain composure under pressure in a fast paced environment

    Proficient with basic club software (PlaybyPoint, SWISH, Aircall)

    Proficient with basic computer software (Word, Sheets, Excel, etc.)

    Handle basic operations (Cleaning, Restocking, etc.)

    Ability to life up to 30lbs

    Two or more years of customer service, receptionist, or front desk experience is preferred

    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

    Strong work ethic

    Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
