At Stretch Zone, we believe that nothing is more important than your health. As a Member Experience Associate, your primary role is to create a welcoming, organized, and positive experience for every guest while supporting the day-to-day flow of the studio.
What You'll Do:
Greet every client with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude, creating a great first impression
Educate members on the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching
Assist with demo appointments by guiding members through intake forms and ensuring a smooth, welcoming first visit experience
Manage front desk operations including scheduling appointments, answering phones, and responding to texts
Provide excellent customer service by assisting with member questions, concerns, and general support
Strengthen long-term member relationships through consistent follow-ups and thoughtful engagement
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment
Work closely with practitioners to ensure a smooth and efficient daily schedule
Help maintain a positive, team-oriented studio culture
What You'll Have:
Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus
Comprehensive training provided
Clear communication skills and a genuine interest in helping others
Openness to learning and growing in a new skill set
